Leave me a note.

Your email and message are required. Your phone number is optional.

I’ll use your details to respond to your message. Sending a note won’t add you to the newsletter.

A little support, with room for you.

I help you find your way back to trusting yourself. I’m not here to tell you who you are. I walk with you through the paths and loops you keep finding yourself in, share what I notice, and make room for your own intuition to speak up. Journaling is our main tool, along with prompts, dreams, and honest questions.

An open journal, a pen, and a round mirror catching the window light.

Shadow work

We make room for the parts of yourself you’ve learned to push aside. Through journaling, prompts, and conversation, we look at what comes up with curiosity and care. You set the pace.

A dream journal and a cup of tea on a quiet bedside table.

Patterns and dreams

Some themes keep finding us. We can spend time with the patterns you notice, the dreams that return, and the symbols that mean something to you. I’ll share what I notice and leave room for your own meaning.

A notebook, a cup of tea, and loose herbs on a kitchen table.

Finding your practice

A practice should fit your life. Together, we explore routines, rituals, and ways of reflecting that feel like yours. We begin with what already supports you and make room to try something new.

Cream envelopes tied with twine, blank cards, and dried chamomile beside a cup of tea.

Book Club

A book to spend time with, and room to talk about what stays with us. I’m still working out the details.

My work is for reflection and education. It isn’t a substitute for medical or mental health care.

A letter, now and then.

A note from me to you.

A new entry, an herb I'm spending time with, or a thought that needs a little room. I'll write when I have something to share. You're welcome to read at your own pace.
